How To Make Use Jing Screencapture With Virtual Workforce

By Tyrone Shum

Jing Project serves as a screencapture software that allows you to be able to shoot as much as 5 minutes of functions. And in case you're just like me, I might choose to speak into the microphone and readily share information and send it to my virtual assistants or any of my virtual staff in my organization. And this way I don't have to sit there and write an extensive email or need to mail out an element that may not be specific. And Jing really does that for you. It captures anything that you do, you can even just merely spend 5 minutes getting out something that you may wish someone to accomplish and just send out that clip over to them.

And also the beautiful thing about Jing is that once you created that video, there's no requirement to actually export or do something about it like that because Jing handles all that for you that's why it's an incredibly cool tool simply because they even give you free access on their service to be able to store any of your videos so that you don't even need to go and look for any particular server or store on other servers if you choose not to.

Now, this is an element that I want to readily share with you firstly is, if you are looking to get access to it, all you have to do is just head to JingProject.com and that's the web link that you'll be able to access, JingProject.com, it'll take you directly to TechSmith. Based upon what type of user you are, if you are on PC, or if you're a Mac user they're readily available for both and I'm a Mac user and it works precisely the same. The only variation is actually the installing and the setup is slightly bit different. Besides that, all you have to do is definitely just check out downloads and you'll manage to download JingProject. Once you've installed it, Jing's extremely simple to use.

You can either capture a graphic with Jing and it'll save it as a PNG file which you'll be able to just distribute that to anyone, or you can capture the video which is exactly the reason why I'm recommending this tool because you can talk into the microphone and describe exactly what you want. And what will happen is that it may actually conflict with my microphone but let's see how that goes. So this works as a little Jing capture, just doing this little thing. Install Jing and use. Basically, it turned out perfectly, it captured everything that's in there. Once you've captured it, all you need to do is simply click this little button that's down here, if you see that and that sends it as much as your Screenshare which really is a free server that stores all your video, let's do that now. And give it a couple of minutes or probably less than that actually, it should only be very quick.

I really like this one because the fact is that once the video is there, it just send you a link onto your keyboard and all you need to do is definitely place it on a browser or you put it into a task or you send out it off in an email, or ideally, I usually send it off via the project management system whoever the member is. It says here the link is captured, you probably can't see that but I'm just going to paste that here. So what's happened is that it's uploaded screencast online or Jing, your video and I'll just hit enter, and what will happen is that it'll open up in the new video and anyone who's taking a look at this particularly your virtual staff or your virtual assistants, they can simply click play and instantly watch just what they need to do.
